General Duties:

• Input orders received from email, phone calls & various trade web sites into computer system

• Print, update and verify invoices based on customer orders

• Assemble paperwork packages for drivers

• Notify Packaging Department of new orders and changes to customer orders

• Complete customs paperwork for on US customers

• Liaise with Packaging and QA Teams for order scheduling

• Update Tracker sheet with Sales Orders and Outbounds

• Data entry of sales orders into the ERP (SAP). Data entry of orders into regional order / sales sheets.

• Sets up appointments for delivery in conjunction with the supply chain Admin lead of the region. Creates shipping paperwork waybill,

• performance & APHIS generation and saves electronically. Invoices in the ERP system and submits invoices to the customer for payment EDI or email.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in Canada

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Minimum education, highschool diploma or equivalent

Hours of Work:

• 5 days per week, some weekend work required.

Earnings:

• $20.11 per hour
