General Duties:

• Operates Pulling Winch

• Operates Emptying Winch

• Operates Skid Steer and Forklift

• Helps ensure the mushroom compost fills into the growing beds and ensures growing beds are emptied post-harvest

• Washing/cleaning and proper maintenance of Fill/Empty machinery and premises

• Maintain strict hygiene at all times

• Assists the Senior Crew – Fill/Empty Operations as required

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.

• Previous forklift experience

• 1-2 years of experience in mushroom, horticultural, agricultural

• Prior experience or training in the operation of heavy equipment preferred

Hours of Work:

• 5 to 6 days / week

• Approximately 30 to 60 hours / week; 8 to 14 hours / day

• Public Holidays / Weekends as scheduled

• Daily shift end times vary based on production needs

Earnings:

• $19.38 Hourly

• If applicable, increases or premiums associated with position
